“Our Middle School Olweus Bullying Prevention Coordinating Committees were asking for bullying prevention curriculum. The Stories of Us Classroom Resource was a perfect fit. The co-chairs of each middle school committee met to preview the films and teacher’s guide and recognized how easily the curriculum could be integrated into health and language arts. They were sold. The Stories of Us films were created using real students in realistic bullying scenarios. Students view these scenarios and easily recognize themselves, their peers, their school, and the issues. In open and honest classroom discussion of the events portrayed, students began to problem-solve, and ultimately find ways to peacefully resolve issues presented in the  different scenarios.”
